By accessing our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and are bound by all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Bookings

Picking a day for us to come clean your yard is super easy! However, please note that our schedule may occasionally change. We’ll inform you of your appointment time and notify you when we’re on our way from the previous appointment. We reserve the right to re-schedule you within the given day to optimize route planning, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Secure Your Dog

All dogs must be secured BEFORE & DURING your scheduled appointment time. We require a buffer period between appointments to account for travel variations and previous appointment completion times. Although we strive to stick to the scheduled window, we may sometimes be early or late. If we fall outside the reasonable window, we will reach out to arrange an alternative or possibly reschedule at a time that is convenient for you.

  • If your dog(s) are not secured during the appointment:

    • On the first offense, a one-time cleanup will be charged at half the appointment cost.

    • For a second offense (and any subsequent instances), the full appointment cost will be charged.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will incur a penalty of half the cost of the service. For a second (and subsequent) same-day cancellation, you will be charged the full service fee. Exceptions include inclement weather, snow, or other acts of God.

4. Agent Cancellations

Due to uncontrollable circumstances—such as weather, unforeseen accidents, delays, or other mishaps—PoodyCall reserves the right to re-book or reschedule your service. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

5. Understanding Appointment Times and Man Hours

We plan our appointments using "man hours," which represent how much work our team can accomplish in an hour. For example:

  • A 3-dog service requires up to 3 man hours (which could be one person working 3 hours, or two people working 1.5 hours each).

Standard Appointment Thresholds:

  • 1 Dog: 1.25 hrs

  • 2 Dogs: 2.25 hrs

  • 3 Dogs: 3 hrs

  • 4 Dogs: 3.5 hrs

Our team usually consists of two people but may sometimes include one or three. Should an appointment require more time than the standard threshold, we will inform you before exceeding the scheduled duration, ensuring no surprises.

6. Honesty About Your Pets and Other Animals

Please be honest about the number of dogs you own. This helps us plan the service effectively. If we discover additional dogs or if the appointment takes longer than anticipated, extra charges may apply.

Additionally, if you own chickens, ducks, goats, or other animals that free-range in your yard or share the same space as your dog(s) and generate a significant amount of waste, please inform us. We are unable to differentiate the type or decomposition state of the waste. We can discuss a custom quote that reflects the additional time and effort required for removal.

7. Sprinklers

While sprinklers are cool, they can interfere with our service. If your sprinklers are on during our visit and cannot be turned off, we will contact you via call and text to remedy the situation.

  • If unresolved:

    • The first incident will incur a charge at half the appointment cost.

    • A second or subsequent offense will result in a full charge.

8. Leaf Litter & Yard “Icebergs”

We do our best, but leaf piles and icy spots might sometimes hide dog waste. Please be understanding if not every spot is cleaned perfectly. If you require leaf removal before our visit, consider using our partner service, Leaf Busters, for yard cleanup.

9. Weekly Dog Waste Removal Service Agreement

In addition to one-time appointments, we offer a Weekly Dog Waste Removal Service with the following terms:

  • Service Area & Scheduling:
    Our weekly service is available within designated areas of town. Appointment days and time windows are chosen to be as predictable and seamless as possible. Specific service boundaries are available on our website or upon request.

  • Initial Cleanup Assessment:
    Prior to commencing regular weekly services, an initial cleanup assessment will be conducted. This assessment ensures any significant buildup is addressed before the start of ongoing maintenance.

  • Payment & Card on File:
    A valid credit card is required on file for all weekly service clients. This helps ensure seamless billing and scheduling for weekly services.

  • Weather-Related Adjustments:
    Please note that our schedule may be adjusted due to weather conditions. Weather may affect our planned service days and times, and we will notify you if any changes occur.

  • Seasonal Service Period:
    Weekly services run from the spring snow melt until winter conditions result in persistent snow cover. In the spring, a thorough cleanup will be performed before regular weekly services resume.

Final Notes

We appreciate your trust in our services and look forward to serving you and your furry friends. If, for any reason, we determine that our Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without prior notice or liability.
