1-Bookings

Picking a day for us to come clean your yard is super easy! But here's the thing - sometimes our schedule might change a bit. We'll tell you the time of your appointment, and we'll let you know when we're on our way from the last one. We hold the right to re-schedule you within a given day to optimize route planning, weather or unforeseen circumstance.

2-Secure your Dog

All dogs must be secured BEFORE & DURING your scheduled appointment time. We require some buffer time between appointments to account for unknown variations in travel and previous appointments finish times. We may be early or late but within a reasonable window. If we are outside of this window we will attempt to reach out to make additional arrangements, or possibly reschedule at a time convenient for the client.

If the clients dog(s) are NOT secured during the appointment time, our agent will first call and text the client to try and remedy the situation. If the client is unable to remedy the situation within the appointment window the client will be charged the following:

- one-time cleanup will be charged half of the appointment cost. 

- 2nd offenses will result in a full charge and so forth. 

   

3- Cancellations 

If a client needs to cancel a service they will need to do so 24 hours ahead of time. Same-day cancellations will result in a penalty of half the cost of the service. 2nd and henceforth same-day cancellations will result in the client being charged for the full service. Exceptions include: Snow and inclement weather and other acts of God.

4- Agent Cancellations

Due to uncontrollable circumstances such as weather, unforeseen accidents, delays, or mishaps. PoodyCall reserves the right to re-book or reschedule with the client.

5- Understanding Appointment Times and Man Hours

We plan our appointments using "man hours." This shows how much work our team can do in an hour.

For example:  The 3 dog service takes up to 3 man hours including travel which means one person working for 3 hours. Or two people working together for 1.5 hours each is also equal to 3 man hours. 

Standard Appoint Thresholds | 1 Dog - 1.25hrs   |  2 Dog - 2.25hrs  |  3 Dog - 3hrs  |  4 Dog -  3.5hrs  |

Our team usually has two people, but sometimes one or  three. If an appointment needs more time, we'll let you know before we cross the standard appointment threshold so there are no surprises fro you.

6-Honesty About How Many Dogs You Own or Other Animals

Be honest with us about how many dogs you have. It helps us plan better. If we find there are more dogs or if the appt window is longer than expected, we might will need to charge for that additional time.

 

Additionally, If you own Chickens, Ducks, Goats and other types of animals that free range your backyard or share the potty area with your dog(s) and they have produced a significant amount of waste. The client must inform us, or we may need adjust appointment fees. We are unable to tell the difference in waste at various states of decomposition. Please reach out and communicate these details and we will discuss a custom quote to removal this waste with the additional time requirements represented in the quote..

7- Sprinklers

Sprinklers are cool but not when we're working. If they're on during our visit, and we can't turn them off we will call and text the client in an attempt to remedy the situation. 

If the client is unable to help remedy the situation within the appointment time the client will still be charged the following:

- one-time cleanup will be charged half of the appointment cost. 

- 2nd offenses will result in a full charge and so forth.

8- Leaf litter & Yard Icebergs

We try our best, but sometimes leaf piles and icy spots hide doggie surprises. If your yard has icebergs or a lot of leaves, we might not catch everything. Be understanding, and let's pick a good day for cleaning! If you need to have your leaves removed prior to your appointment please consider our partner Leaf Busters for your yard cleanup.
